The room here was very spacious and suited our needs, and the wines and beers in the bar were great - the neighborhood around was definitely worth exploring!

The hotel was neat, the rooms were basic, clean and comfortable. The staff at the reception are very friendy. It has a beautiful view (the nile and the pyramids). It is near Maadi center.
Breakfast is poor. you have to pay for Wi Fi.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, right across from a beautiful mosque and close to the city center. We were able to easily explore many nearby attractions. The room was clean and well arranged, offering a comfortable sitting area and a dining table. We appreciated the air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities, as well as the mini-bar. The hotel also provided useful amenities such as free toiletries, a hairdryer, and an electric kettle. The flat-screen TV and carpeted floors added to the overall cozy atmosphere. The staff was polite and friendly, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Only the location was attractive, rest of the services was poor and needed more attention.
The internet services are made via coupon system to be bought from a shop inside the hotel, that shop is mostly closed, The hotel has to make the lobby place provided with free internet services.

All the staff was more than friendly and keen to please. I was given a room on the 14th floor overlooking the Nile and the pyramids (in the distance). The hotel is only a short distance from the metro. There are restaurants around if you do not wish to use room service. The bathroom was great and everything worked (I.e hot water etc which can be a miracle in Egypt !). The room I had was very quiet and staff didn't mind if you brought water and juice from outside to put in the small fridge provided. The view from the roof top terrace was terrific !
The room was not well cleaned apart from the bathroom which was spotless. The room service menu was dirty and had to be changed, there was dust on the headboard and around the tv, the satellite wasn't working well and the food from room service was airplane food at a price (salt and pepper in sachets, paper towels). The hotel was supposed to have a roof top swimming-pool, unfortunately there was no water in the pool. For Egypt the food was overpriced. I will put that I wouldn't recommend this hotel, however it depends on what one is looking for as I think that this is the only hotel in that area of Cairo !
